Made a big difference!
Posted by Unknown on 5th Jun 2017
After each of my first two pregnancies, I had around 13 cavities. Someone suggested I try a prenatal with extra calcium. I took these during my third pregnancy and had only 1 cavity afterward! While it's not scientific proof, I am very pleased with the outcome. Also, I now take them post pregnancy and my legs felt achy when I skipped them over Pesach. It took about a week of continuing to take my prenatals after Pesach to replenish the nutrients and I then continued to feel fine.

Nauseating

I loved the idea of extra calcium in a prenatal but the vitamin made me terribly nauseous and had to be taken three times a day. Even after my pregnancy I still got terribly nauseous from them. Too bad!
