Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We can ship to virtually any address in the world, excluding some countries, and some products that may not be exported out of the US. Please read our Shipping & Returns policy carefully as all orders are subject to it.

International Shipping:

It is the responsibility of the customer to check with their countries' customs office to verify whether they permit the shipment of our products. The customer is solely responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties and taxes. If the package is uninsured and gets lost in transit, or is stopped by customs and it is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, or due to an address error made by the customer, or due to an intentional or accidental error made by the postal service, or the customer refuses the package, and it is in perfect condition, a store credit will be issued for the merchandise only. Any fees charged to doctorvicks.com due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations, or shipping costs for the return of the package, will be charged to you, the importer. No refund or compensation will be provided for packages whose tracking shows delivered but was not actually received, it is up to the customer to obtain the package.

Shipping Insurance:

Shipping Insurance is provided by Shipsurance via Shippingeasy, and is subject to their Terms of Use. Shipping Insurance can be purchased for each product right before adding it to cart. Coverage is up to $999.99 per shipment.

Lost Shipment: A package is considered lost if it is not delivered and 45 days have passed from the day the package began transit. The customer will need to sign a claim statement/affidavit to indicate loss or damage.

Damaged Shipment: All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of or released to the shipping carrier before a claim is completed as photographs will be required. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.

First Class: 3 to 5 days 30 to 45 days
Priority: 2 to 3 days 15 to 20 days
Express: 1 to 2 days 10 to 15 days

Free Shipping:

All orders of $60 or more receive FREE shipping. US orders only, not including Hawaii and Alaska. Some orders shipped to Cleveland Ohio may receive FREE shipping.


You may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping fees. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll refund the full amount including shipping charges and provide a free return label. Refunds can be issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit.
