Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults and children 4 years of age or older, chew one (1) wafer daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Other Ingredients: Sugar, Natural Flavors, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Daucus Carota Fruit Extract (For Color), Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate and Silica.
Warning: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplement. Individuals consuming more than 2,000 IU/day of vitamin D (from diet and supplements) should periodically obtain a serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement. Do not exceed 10,000 IU per day unless recommended by your doctor. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for individuals with high blood calcium levels.
Dietary Restrictions: This product contains no wheat, dairy, eggs, artificial flavorings, preservatives or colorings.
