These lactose intolerance products have really changed my entire worldview. Nobody has time to tiptoe around the bully of lactose intolerance; if you just stay away from lactose, the bully has won and you definitely lose. With Digestive Advantage, I can call out my lactose intolerance and shove all the ice cream and milk I want in his face. It's not intolerance to rebel against lactose intolerance.

I have a lot of food allergies and issues, and I've tried a lot of different lactose intolerance products. This one is definitely the most convenient, since you don't have to remember to take it before you eat. I never really know if I'm going to be tempted by dairy on any given day, so it's better to just take this single pill in the morning and then not worry about it.

I was ready to swear off all things dairy for the sake of being dairy before I found Digestive Advantage Lactose Defense. As much as I love ice cream, eating it wasn't worth the back-flips it would cause my stomach, and I hated the thought of being dependent on a pill. Luckily, this pill takes minimal effort to keep up with, and it's helped me re-think my anti-dairy bigotry.

I certainly feel like I have an advantage when I take Digestive Advantage Lactose Defense. Other people have to carry their lactose pills with them, but I've just got to take one of these bad boys once a day. Now I can eat cheese without thinking about it, and I couldn't be happier.

I really missed cheese until I discovered that these lactose intolerance products could help me out. This supplement is nice because you only have to take it once a day, and you don't really have to keep an eye out for lactose. It's part of my routine now, and it's almost like I'm not lactose intolerant at all.

Lots of lactose intolerance products require you to take them right before or after ingesting lactose, but that takes a lot of preparation and awareness. I'd rather just take a single pill for my lactose intolerance at the start of the day. That's what Digestive Advantage gives me, and that's what sold me.

I love that I only have to take this product once, when I get up in the morning, and I don't have to worry about eating dairy throughout the day. This product changed my life, in that it allowed me to be able to eat many of the foods I couldn't without it. For example, before discovering this product, if I was out and wanted to buy a snack when I got hungry, I was severely limited as almost all prepared foods have dairy in them. Now I can buy a muffin anytime and not worry!
The only thing I have to be careful of is to take enough pills to cover my dairy intake for the day. Some days I take one, other days I take two. But note there is a limit! Even when I take two, I can't overdo it with the dairy or I'm in serious trouble! -
