I have not been diagnosed with lactose intolerance, but I feel it instantly in my stomach and throat if I eat or drink something lactose based .
I bought Digestive Advantage Lactose Defense Formula from doctorvicks.com three years ago and by I now feel "secure" all the time. -

Don't have to worry about which products that contain most lactose anymore

Realizing I was lactose intolerant when I was 18, it was a real challenge remembering to buy lactose free products and to bring lactase pills every time I had a dinner out or wanted an ice cream, milk chocolate or cheese.
