I have been using this product for as long as it has been on the market. It is indispensible, as it permits me to indulge in the many dairy products I love to eat, without the ill effects.

Seems to work well albeit I do still get occasional stomach discomfort. I really appreciate that you only have to take 2 pills in the morning and then one doesn't have to think about it after that when consuming dairy. I will continue to take them as they are great!

I can feel much better when I take it and can ¨abuse¨ of all milk related products whitout any problems. Just once a day and you are done.

lactose defense formula has been helping all the family for about 3 years.
it's more comfortable taking it just once or twice a day.
