Take them in the morning and forget them. That's what I like the most. No needing to have pills with you all day long.

I have tried all kinds of lactose defense remedies and nothing came close to helping me until I discovered Schiff's Lactose Defense Formula! I can eat anything I want now and it feels amazing!

Achei que nunca ia viver normalmente, antes descobrir o digestive advantage. Meu problema com a lactose é muito forte. Quando tomei o digestive advantage defense lactose, vi que posso me alimentar normalmente.
Foi uma excelente descoberta.Indico para todas as pessoas que tem o mesmo problema que eu. Vale apena! -

Finding this product has changed my life! I take it every day without fail and am able to lead a normal life without worrying about dairy intake (though I do have a limit as to how much I can eat and what kinds, but this is reasonable).
